Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of your delivery date.

  Prepare the Unit

  Ensure the appliance is uninstalled and securely packed in its original FOTILE crate or box, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your RMA is approved, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup for large appliances or provide a shipping label for smaller components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
